Rythu sadassu on ID crops

On 19/11/2012 we organised Revenue divisional level rythu sadassu at JAGTIAL to create mass level publicity among the farmers about I crops in the division. Do not surprise by watching the photo, we did not presided over the sadassu but they are my colleagues who took the pain to make it grand success, just for our memory we took a snap after closing of the sadassu. 

Campaign on IDcrops

As there is a shortage of irrigation water in SRSP, to divert the farmers from paddy to ID crops under SRSP ayacut we organised special campaign to create awareness on ID crops during Rabi 2012-13 in the mandal.

In the month of October and  Nov - 2012 we have organised Sensitization campaigns among the farmers about Farm mechanisation, because our department providing 50% subsidy to all the high cost machinery like paddy transplanters, cotton seed drills, laser guide land leveller etc to invidual farmers and RMG's.

Zero tillage MAIZE

On 26/11/2012 we have organised Demonstration on cultination of maize by ZERO TILLAGE method at Ibrahimnagar. We observed tremendous response from farmers, in this Rabi 2012-13 maximum area of maize will be cultivated by this method only.

As a part of rythu chaithanya yathra on on15/05/2012 we have organised pallenidra at RAPPALLE .

As a part of Rythu chaithanya yathra on 15/05/2012 we have organised PALLENIDRA at Rapally village tremendous response was observed from farmers.

Rythu chaithanya yathras(RCY) were launched in state on 10/05/2012 and it will cotinue till 31/05/2012. Mandal agricultural officer will be the NODAL OFFICER for RCY team at mandal level. Agrulture and allied departments will participate and create awareness among the farming community.
